One-Time Guarantee for First-Time Customers

We offer a one-time money-back guarantee on your first order, limited to one case (up to 12 cans) per household.

If you try a few cans and don’t feel a noticeable difference, we’ll refund your purchase — no returns required.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable.

No Returns on Consumables

Because our products are consumable and wellness-focused, we do not accept returns — even if unopened.

This ensures safety, freshness, and quality for every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We’ll either replace your order or offer another resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (such as under our first-time guarantee), it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or repeat claims.
